You kept getting that 'itch' on the back of your neck. Something was going to change. Something was going to happen, but you couldn't quite put a finger on it…

Picon, Aerelon and Sagittaron began putting their differences aside in the colony wars eight years BCH - Before Cylon Holocaust - Negotiations began. For almost two years, they went through pounding-table negotiations and walkouts, indifference and small attacks. Until they finally came to an agreement. The governments of these three colonies finally agreed on one thing:
One day something would change history, but neither wanted to breathe the word:

With their best scientists and engineers, they formed a plan with the military. A space support station in case something did happen. Their families would find some sort of safety, they hoped. Finding backers in Caprica the project began on 5 BCH, with Top secret military and the government of those three colonies working for an uncertain future.

Five years later, the Support Station PAS (Picon Aerelon Sagittaron) was born. three FTL jumps away from the colonies and situated over a barely habitable planet, where projects of Terraforming are being done. Military support of the Battlestar Genesis keeps close watch.
