Hungry with power and bloated to a slovenly and greedy state corrupt officials, the governing body of the United Kingdom, have let others with dark plans make powerful political moves. It's as if a puppeteer behind the people slowly pull on the strings, marching the leaders to a grand finale that will put all of London in devastation.

It's the year 2007 and the politicians start it off with a bang. A series of explosive riots in the Greater London and Northern Ireland cities force Parliament to crack down on the rights of citizens for the sake of safety. New requirements on the police bring in new police forces; assembled of “loyal men and women” they are referred to by the populace as “Black Eyes”, both for the protective goggles they wear and the bruises they tend to give out when dealing with “terrorism inclined” citizens.

The upheaval of London doesn't stop at ordinary folks either. It’s a dark year for London and even worse for the Forsaken. Each pack in the city has its own worries, from the ever shortening territory; to the mass of Pure who own the country side. Without deer or rabbit to chase the massive quaking population of London looks mighty tasty.
