Project: Classified
The modern world, for all of its miracles, seems very much a mundane, humdrdum place. Normal is relative. Your relatives are normal. Usually. Nearly everyone you pass at the supermarket is normal. Okay, the guy with a huge mole on his forehead is not normal. The blonde knockout that scans your stuff isn't normal (...but in a good way. Go ahead and stare.), the kid who was born with defects and lives its life in a wheelchair isn't normal (And don't stare! It is rude!). But though these people who are singled out are not "normal"...average, they certainly are not PARANORMAL.
Who defines "normal", anyway? And who puts on the "para"? Your neighbor? Your uncle Ed? Your government?
For some, the lines between normal and paranormal are disturbingly blurred, because what most would describe as paranormal, these few would call "everyday". Demons, aliens, people with supernatural abilities, time travel and the possibility of the existence of other dimensions...there are more cases of these abnormalities than many would guess. And it is the job of the Paranormal team at Roanoake to keep the everyday paranormal out of the lives of everyday people: to protect people's "right" to live a normal life.
Who defines normal, anyway?
