PennMUSH 1.8.2p7 and 1.8.3p5 Released

The PennMUSH developers are pleased to announce the release of new patchlevels: 1.8.2p7 for the stable line and 1.8.3p5 for the development line. Get them at http://download.pennmush.org/Source.
All users are encouraged to upgrade; 1.8.2p7 is a bug-fix release, and 1.8.3p5 has bug fixes (Including crash bugs) and many internal improvements, with minor new user-visible features.
There was a long delay between the last releases and these; this is on account of being swamped by work at our various jobs. As much as we like working on Penn, paying work comes first. Serious offers of financial sponsorship are encouraged. :)

Forgot to mention in the 1.8.3p5 patch instructions:
There's a change to local.c that causes compilation problems if not made. If you haven't added any local changes to local.c, just do a
cp -f src/local.dst src/local.c. Otherwise, find the hashinit line, and remove the third argument.
